LAI cannot accomplish its goals alone. We seek to partner with universities, foundations, corporations, and individuals who recognize the tremendous opportunities in Africa. Through these partnerships, LAI will develop a stable financial base to fund a scholarship program. LAI will seek out the most qualified student candidates and refer them to the partnering universities for either undergraduate or graduate study. Each university may evaluate candidates based on its own requirements, academic or otherwise. Scholarships will be funded via a three-way partnership between universities, private foundations, and the general public.
